Parker Family Health

Parker Family Health Center serves all of Monmouth County in New Jersey (total population: 629,672). The clinic was founded in 2000. In 2014, the facility provided care for 1,386 individual patients (adults and children) during 9,943 patient visits. All patients at Parker are uninsured, with incomes no higher than 300% of the federal poverty level. Many patients suffer from chronic diseases (one in four adult patients are diabetic) and some had not had regular care prior to visiting the clinic.
