Being a part of the Family Medicine Cares International Delegation was one of the capstones of my residency training. As part of the Delegation I had the opportunity to see just how multifaceted and diverse the specialty of Family Medicine can be. From direct patient care to teaching residents to advocating for and promoting the profession at the international level, I saw the mission of the AAFP Foundation realized through the work we were doing and look forward to continuing to support the Foundation’s efforts in the future." - Zita Magloire, MD
