The American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Its primary goal is to enhance health care delivered to the American people by developing and providing philanthropic resources for the promotion and support of family medicine.
All of these efforts are made possible through the generosity of family physicians, corporations and others who provide voluntary financial support for the AAFP Foundation. These contributions are made either directly to the AAFP Foundation or one of its affiliates, or by physicians checking off voluntary support on their AAFP dues statements.
