Outstanding Program Award -- This award recognizes the outstanding philanthropic activities of AAFP Chapters and Chapter Foundations.

Philanthropist of the Year Award -- This award identifies an individual(s) or couple(s) who exemplify the spirit of philanthropy through extraordinary support of Family Medicine.

Family Medicine Philanthropic Consortium Grant Awards Program -- The FMPC Grant Awards Program supports programs of the constituent chapters and chapter foundations.

Highlight on Diabetes -- The AAFP Foundation will provide one $5,000 grant to each AAFP Constituent Chapter or Chapter Foundation to implement a turn-key educational program at their annual meetings to help improve the management of patients with diabetes.

Student Externship Matching Grants -- The goal of the Student Externship Matching Grant Program is to stimulate interest among medical students to select a career, and/or pursue research opportunities in family medicine.
