Philanthropist of the Year Award

The AAFP Foundation Philanthropist of the Year Award (POY) is given by the AAFP Foundation to individuals who set a standard of excellence in Family Medicine philanthropy.

Do you know someone who exemplifies the spirit of philanthropy through extraordinary support of Family Medicine? Nominate someone that inspires you for the AAFP Foundation Philanthropist of the Year Award. Every year, this award is given to someone who leads by example in the giving of time and financial resources.
