Outstanding Program Award

The AAFP Foundation established the Outstanding Program Award to nationally recognize outstanding philanthropic activities of AAFP Chapters and Chapter Foundations. The Award is presented annually at the AAFP’s Scientific Assembly.

The philanthropic program or project submitted can be either programming or development related.
Applications will be reviewed based on: content, presentation, creativity, measurable outcomes and relationship of the project to the mission of the AAFP Foundation

Deadline extended: nominations must be postmarked by April 15, 2012.
