Resident Research Grants

2012 Resident Research Grants Available Deadline Extended Until March 15

Five grants of up to $2,000 will be awarded in 2012 to support short-term projects. Family Medicine residents are eligible to submit a research proposal to the AAFP Foundation Research Committee for funding consideration.

Each successful resident grantee will be reimbursed for travel expenses to attend the 2013 National Conference and give a 10-minute presentation on his/her research project.

A Best Paper Award will recognize the best overall research project. All grant recipients’ projects will be considered and the award will be given to the Resident Research Grant presenter whose proposal and final report show exemplary execution.
