AAFP Foundation Physicians With Heart Resident Scholarship -- This program provides one scholarship for a Family Medicine resident to attend the 2011 Physicians With Heart Airlift.

James G. Jones, MD Student Scholarship -- Learn about applying to attend the 2012 Family Medicine Congressional Conference, held in Washington, D.C. May 14-15.

Scholarships for National Conference -- The AAFP Foundation provides more than 125 scholarships for students and residents to attend National Conference.

Resident Research Grants -- Family Medicine residents are eligible to submit a proposal for a 2012 grant to support a short-term research project.
