The Annual Fund provides ongoing support for the Foundation’s Humanitarian, Scientific Research and Education initiatives to improve the health of all people. Your contribution helps your Foundation do the philanthropic work of Family Medicine.

The AAFP Foundation strives to improve health, provide medical education and foster the development of Family Medicine worldwide through a variety of initiatives, including:

The research accomplished through the Joint Grant Awards Program (JGAP) and the Practice Based Research Network (PBRN).
