Research Committee

The Research Committee is responsible for setting the criteria for all grant awards of the Foundation. The members review research proposals that are investigator-initiated and make recommendations to the Board for approval. The Committee is responsible for stimulating and facilitating national research. The Committee provides oversight to the Research Training Skills Workshop for residents and students. The members of this committee consist of Trustees and representatives from the AAFP, and the committee is chaired by a member of the Board of Trustees.
