Call for Nominations

Based upon AAFP Foundation By-laws, this year we will fill one Chapter Trustee and one At-Large Trustee position to be elected to four-year terms each beginning January 1, 2013 and running through December 31, 2016.

If you wish to bring forward a nominee, please provide the following by close of business on October 22, 2012: 

1. Cover Letter stating nomination for the Trustee position (must be from Chapter Executive or Chapter President for Chapter Trustee position) 
2. Nominee's Curriculum Vitae 
3. Additional Letter of Recommendation
