The Center for the History of Family Medicine (CHFM) seeks in-kind and monetary donations. It is administered by the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, a non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) organization. Monetary donations to the History Center are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
