Family Medicine Philanthropic Consortium
The Family Medicine Philanthropic Consortium (FMPC) is a collaborative program of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and the constituent chapters and chapter foundations of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The Consortium is organized to improve the health care of all people.
FMPC Grant Awards Program
-- The FMPC Grant Awards Program is set up to support programs of the constituent chapters and chapter foundations.
Highlight on Diabetes
-- The AAFP Foundation will provide one $5,000 grant to each AAFP Constituent Chapter or Chapter Foundation to implement a turn-key educational program at their annual meetings to help improve the management of patients with diabetes.
