FMPC Grant Awards Program

Since 2006, FMPC Grant Awards have provided $691,370 in support, to fund 162 grant applications from 40 AAFP Constituent Chapters and Chapter Foundations. Funding for the FMPC Grant Awards Program is provided by up to 40% of the revenues received from the national Dues Check-Off Campaign.

The goal of the FMPC Grant Awards is to support Constituent Chapters and Chapter Foundations projects that help fulfill the mission of improving the health of all people. Scroll to the bottom of the page to read the descriptions and outcomes of funded projects.

SUBMIT YOUR 2013 FMPC GRANT AWARDS APPLICATION NOW


Applications can be submitted by the state AAFP Chapter, Chapter Foundation, or a combination of both. The call for 2013 Applications is from February 1 through June 15, 2013. Each state may submit up to three grant applications per year. The deadline to submit the completed application is midnight, Saturday June 15, 2013.
