Family Medicine Cares is providing monetary grants to help new, free clinics open their doors.
Grant applications are now being accepted for the current Family Medicine Cares grant cycle. Applications for a Family Medicine Cares grant must be a new clinic nearing completion of the Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) clinic development process, must have an AAFP member in a leadership role within the clinic, and meet specified criteria as stated in the Grant Guidelines/Requirements. Primary consideration will be given to clinics with an AAFP member serves as chief medical director.
