The AAFP Foundation has established an Annual Fund to provide ongoing support for the philanthropic work of Family Medicine. Your donation to the Annual Fund will not only touch lives, but will also secure the legacy of Family Medicine by supporting the Foundation's endeavors in Humanitarian Works, Scientific Research and Educational Programs.

The AAFP Foundation supports clinical research that can be implemented within a Family Medicine setting. The research accomplished through the Joint Grant Awards Program (JGAP) and the Practice Based Research Network (PBRN) Stimulation Grants is of the highest importance to family physicians and their patients.
