Family Medicine Cares USA: Grant Award Recipients

As of 2017, Family Medicine Cares USA  has awarded a total of $415,829 to 14 new clinics and 24 exisiting clinics. These clinics have reported over 212,000 patient visits, since the program's inception.  These visits represent more than $42M in health care services.
