Family Medicine Cares USA: Grant Award Recipients

As of 2018, Family Medicine Cares USA  has awarded a total of $490,828 to 15 new clinics and 32 exisiting clinics. These clinics have reported over 268,000 patient visits, since the program's inception.  These visits represent more than $53M in health care services.
